I have MacBook

And it is even Pro:

System Version: macOS 11.6 (20G165)
Kernel Version: Darwin 20.6.0

Setting up the remote access

First I enabled Unattended Access with AnyDesk:

Windows AnyDesk asked the password first time and remembered it.

Making Time Machine to back up data to a Windows shared drive

Connected to Windows share:

Created HFS+ disk locally with Disk Utility->File->New Image->Blank Image and moved it to Windows share:

Copying was slow:

and the same speed with SSH:

Mounted HFS+ volume and run in the terminal:

sudo tmutil setdestination /Volumes/hfs
sudo tmutil destinationinfo
Name : hfs
Kind : Local
Mount Point : /Volumes/hfs
ID : CEFFF3D5-7D2C-445C-9B4C-602067972250

I have slow Ethernet. Ethernet network speeds have evolved significantly over time and typically range from Ethernet (802.11) at 10 Mbps, Fast Ethernet (IEEE 802.3u) at 100 Mbps, Gigabit Ethernet (IEEE 802.3-2008) at 1000 Mbps and 10 Gigabit Ethernet (IEEE 802.3a) at 10 Gbps.
