Scanning the disk and testing the memory on Windows 10 PC.

My Windows 10 PC started to glitch a little bit and I scanned its disks with the following commands:

chkdsk C: /f /r /x
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N) y

This volume will be checked the next time the system restarts.
chkdsk E: /f /r /x
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Volume label is SSD2.
