Probably QT “Fusion” is not an appropriate style for Android apps, because its buttons height is not enough:
There is Touch target size document where touch targets are required to be at least 48 x 48 dp, separated by 8 dp of space or more.
QT has Material style that is based on the Google Material Design Guidelines. When I switched to that style my buttons height became about 7mm:
