I run T-Rex miner as follows:
t-rex -a kawpow -o stratum+tcp://rvn.2miners.com:6060 -u <mywallet>.rigW -p x
and set the following parameters on my 1060 GTX 3GB card with MSI Afterburner:
and got 11.00 MH/s in P2 state and the temperature 78°C.
Then I switched to P0 with NVIDIA Profile Inspector:

After reboot the card really switched to P0 state:

but it is not clear why GPU clock is 1835, but not 1922.
